This package will include a home inspection, floor plans, and anything else that your particular property may require–it’s all part of the deal.
Step 3. Marketing
I hire the best photographers and graphic designers around to show your property at its best.
Step 4. Sold!
We don’t rest until we have exhausted the pool of possible buyers and worked on your behalf to negotiate the best possible offer. We might make it look easy, but we are constantly working behind the scenes to make this happen.
Step 5. Closing
We are here from start to finish. Should any hurdles appear on the path between an accepted offer and the closing date, we will help you navigate through it.
