A Brief History of Kate
Before I became a realtor, I worked in the business of marketing and communications, specifically with architects, which sparked my interest in all aspects of real estate. When I moved to Toronto from Vancouver with my young family the first thing I did was scrape together a down payment to buy a home of our own. While the purchase didn’t go as smoothly as it could have done the whole process fascinated me, so a few years later I earned my own real estate license. That was it! I was hooked on this city and our exciting, ever-changing market.
